This Privacy Policy describes how Fluq ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AI agent fleet operations platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Password (hashed and encrypted)
  • Team/organization name (optional)
  • OAuth provider information if you sign up via GitHub, Google, or X

1.2 Agent Data

Through the Service, we collect data your AI agents send to our event ingestion API:

  • Event type, timestamp, and metadata
  • Resource identifiers (file paths, URLs, tool names)
  • Token usage (input/output tokens per LLM call)
  • Cost estimates
  • Agent identifiers and status
  • Error messages and trace data

This data is necessary to provide monitoring, orchestration, and analytics features.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • API calls made (endpoint, timestamp, response time)
  • Device and operating system information

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process your transactions and manage subscriptions
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security vulnerabilities
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Event data is retained according to your subscription tier:

  • Free tier: 30 days
  • Pro tier: 90 days
  • Max tier: 1 year

After account termination, we may retain certain data for up to 30 days for backup and recovery purposes, then permanently delete it. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

4.1 Service Providers

Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services we request.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fluq, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data
  • Access controls and authentication for internal systems
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
